Do you have a tattoo you regret or don’t like anymore?
With our medical grade laser technology we can remove your tattoo safely and effectively or fade it so it can be covered up with new art.
How?
We use the fotona qx max laser system. It is the most advanced qswitch laser on the market and has the power to remove a broad spectrum of tattoo colours.
Traditional methods of laser tattoo removal use a one pass technique during one visit to the clinic, however, with the R20 technique 4 treatments of laser tattoo removal can be done on the same day performing one session every 20 minutes.
The QX Max laser targets the tattoo with very short and strong laser pulses that penetrate deep into the skin, without injuring the surrounding tissue. These pulses are then absorbed by the pigments in the ink and as the laser light is transformed into photo-acoustic waves, it breaks up the ink into smaller particles. These are then naturally absorbed by the body’s own immune system.

Pigmented lesions come in many different forms. Including sunspots and age spots. These darker patches on the skin are caused by repeated sun exposure and are very common. Using our medical grade laser technology we can remove the pigmented lesion.
How?
At the Laser Clinic we use Fotona’s QX MAX laser system. It is the highest performance single-pulse Q-Switched laser on the market and provides all the tools we need for effective removal of most types of pigmented lesions.
The laser produces short nanosecond pulses of intense light that passes harmlessly through the top layers of the skin and is absorbed by the melanin pigment in the lesion. The laser light is then transformed into photoacoustic waves, which break up the pigment into smaller particles. These particles are then removed by the body’s immune system.

Most commonly found on the legs and face these small spidery looking veins lie just below the skins surface. Using our medical grade laser technology we can remove these veins leaving your skin flawless.
How?
The Laser light targets the thread vein and heats it up extremely quickly, causing the thread vein wall to collapse. The body then reabsorbs the vein over the next 4-6 weeks and it disappears.

What happens during a Focus Dual treatment?
Prior to treatment you will be invited in for a complimentary consultation, with one of aesthetic practitioners to discuss the areas you would like to treat, and the reasons for doing so. During this time, we will explain the treatment/ treatment plan in detail ensuring you fully understand the procedure.
If you wish to go ahead with the treatment, we will double cleanse the treatment area
The handpiece will then be placed on the skin in the target area directly on the skin. If you select to undergo HIFU treatment, the area will be marked in order to define the areas for treatment.
Once the treatment is complete, post-treatment serum Light Soothe and Light Protect SPF 50 is applied to help soothe the skin and aid its recovery.
